AD360 Integration

    AD360 brings together eight components, each offering a distinct set of capabilities. These components are:

    • ADManager Plus
    • ADAudit Plus
    • ADSelfService Plus
    • M365 Manager Plus
    • Exchange Reporter Plus
    • RecoveryManager Plus
    • SharePoint Manager Plus
    • SecureAI

    Integrate the required components with AD360 to manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint and AI agents from a centralized console. Follow the steps shown below.

    Step 1: Download and install the components

    Note If you already have the components installed and running, you can skip this step and proceed with Step 2 (Integrate the components)

    1. Download the required components from the links on their respective dashboards or from the AD360 Website.
    2. Install each component by running its downloaded EXE file and following the installation wizard.
    3. Once the installation is complete, start each installed component using its desktop shortcut.

    Step 2: Integrate the components

    Note: Ensure that the components you want to integrate are running and that you have installed the latest supported builds.

    1. Go to Admin → Administration → AD360 Integration. You will see a tile for each AD360 component.
    2. Click on any one of the components (say ADManager Plus).
    3. Enter the server name or IP address and port number of the server hosting the selected component.

      4. Note If you have enabled high availability for any of the components, then make sure that you use the virtual IP address/hostname of the component in the step above instead of the primary server's IP address. High availability is not applicable to SecureAI.

    4. Select the connection Protocol from the drop-down menu.
    5. Provide the credentials of the super administrator of the component to be integrated.
    6. Click Integrate Now.
    7. Repeat steps 3-6 for each additional component you want to integrate.

    Domain settings

    Domains are configured in individual AD360 components rather than directly in AD360. Domain settings can be synchronized between supported integrated components. Also, if there is a change in the administrator credential that was used in configuring a domain with a component, simply update the change in any one of the component and it will be synchronized across all the other components.

    Note: Configure instance settings separately in SecureAI; they are not synchronized through AD360.

    Switch between different components of AD360

    Once all the components are integrated, you can switch between each component to access the full feature set that each component offers. You can easily switch between the four components by using the Jump to link provided at the top right corner of the AD360 Web Client. Simply place your mouse pointer over the 'Jump to' link and select the component.

    Data synchronization across components

    Once the different components of AD360 are integrated, the data related to domain settings, component integration, etc., will be automatically synchronized across each component. This saves a lot of time for the administrators, as they no longer have to configure the same settings across all the components. Any changes they make in any one of the components will be reflected in the other components also. The following configuration settings are synchronized across supported AD360 components:

    Integration settings

    The different components of AD360 communicate with each other for various purposes like Single Sign-On, domain settings, etc. Any changes to the hostname and port number of a component must be reflected in the other components for smooth running of all the components. But with AD360, there is no need for you, the administrator, to manually make the changes in all the components. Simply update these changes in the AD360 Integration settings page and the changes will be automatically synchronized across all the components.
